Clinton= right bout including AU in there & Richardson explicitly saying "No AU troops" is deplorable- they've [AU] been through the whole process & Africa needs 2 be able 2 exercise its abilities 2 help itself w/o Western politicians excluding them bc they deem the AU incapable of success. hellopeacegoodbyewar ::: Favorites And Biden, I hope he meant 2500 American ground troops + other forces- 2 have SOLELY US forces in there to 'fix' up a 'problem of Africa's' teeters too close to another act of Western hegemony. Yes, America has the responsibility to act robustly and get protective forces in there, but the approach needs to be holistic.
