An American colony? You have a very vivid imagination. We only fought the Americans to stop them supplying France. Once we had defeated Napolean there was no point continuing the war. You live in a British colony and if it wasn't for us you'd be living in an American colony. You should be more grateful.

What the fuck do you mean sinking? Our armed forces are the second most funded forces in the world, they are probably the most respected aswell, additionally, the days of Empire are over, Britains colonies are now Commonwealth nations. The Roman Empire endorsed slavery right up until its collapse, don't try and wriggle out of that one you muppet. You're obviously not particularily well educated so no more approval for you.

Battle of Saintes? Queenston Heights? 'Nuff said I think. Britain went onto establish the largest Empire in human history and was the foremost global power by 1921. Not bad for an Island 1/3 size of California with about 1/5 of its natural resources. Good thing we Brits are a hardy race, doubt any other people could have achieved what our forefathers achieved.

It's fun when you really think at it. The British were defeated by the american and the french, Battle of the Chesapeake bay was the nail in the coffin, French navy crushing the british navy.
And today Britain it's almost an american colony.

They were British victories yes. The Irish left the Union, its not sport to suddenly claim history back unless you're talking about NI. It's like Americans trying to take credit for Agincourt, preposterous.
