Sasuke considers Naruto as his best friend and he said it, but his desier to kill Itachi is bigger than his frendship to Naruto or anyone else. Thats why they fought actually, cause Naruto cares about Sasuke and he didn't want him to leave. I think I mached the lyrics pretty well, but again, it was a request and i cound't pic the song.
