grouic ::: Favorites Olie 1. Your back foot should be just on the lip of the tail, but flat footed so you can still balance the board. Your back heel shouldn't be hanging off. 2. Your front foot should be on the front panel flat footed as far back on the front panel as it can be so it has plenty of room to slide forward. 3. Bend your knees shifting your weight to the back foot and pushing down on the lip of the tail with your back foot to pop the tail and get the front part (the nose) of the board up in the air. 07-10-29 05:10:46 __________________________________________________

After the tail of the board hits the ground, slide your front foot forward and throw your weight forward at the same time to get the back of the board off the ground and to level the board out. 5. Try to land with both your feet back on the grips and your weight balanced so you can roll away.
